We know that ordering online can be tricky and we want you to love your purchase. We are happy to offer FULL REFUND for unwashed, unworn, and unaltered items with tags still attached that were purchased at FULL PRICE.

Items purchased with a DISCOUNT CODE or sale price of 20% off or more can be returned for store credit as long as the items are in the same un-used condition previously mentioned. Store credit never expires. 

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

Items must be POSTMARKED within 7 days of DELIVERY to qualify. 

BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY RETURN POLICY: Items purchased during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale can be returned for store credit or exchange. These items will not be eligible for refunds.

Please note: if you choose store-pick up as your delivery method, the return window is 10 days from DATE OF PURCHASE (not date of pick up) for full refund. Any store pick-ups returned outside of that window are only valid for store credit. 

Due to how quickly our inventory turns over, it can be difficult for us to offer a traditional exchange. We recommend placing a new order for the correct size you need in your item and mailing back the size that did not work. Once we receive your original item we will refund you to your original form of payment.
