RETURNS

Online items can be returned in showroom or by mail to the address listed below.  Returns are accepted back within 10 days of receiving your items. We are happy to offer STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY for unwashed, unworn, and unaltered items with tags still attached.

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned. All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged or adjusted. If using a promotional code, you will be credited the original amount with the applied code.  Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. Because our inventory changes over quickly, we cannot promise a direct exchange, but can guarantee store credit.

Items must be POSTMARKED within 10 days of DELIVERY to qualify. Once we receive your items, your credit or exchange will be processed and sent on a gift card via email within 3 business days.  All online returns must include the properly filled out return form included with your package.

BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY RETURN POLICY: Items purchased during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale can be returned for store credit or exchange.

Please note: if you choose store-pick up as your delivery method, the return window is 10 days from DATE OF PURCHASE (not date of pick up) for exchange or store credit. Any store pick-ups returned outside of that window will be final sale.
